Disappointing. I don't usually comment on restaurants but here ... Rude waitress. We had to wait a quarter of an hour to get a glass of juice for our son, when we were already served. In the end, the waitress put the glass down so hard that the juice spilled on the table, we had to wait another 5 minutes to get napkins at our table .... I really do not recommend that you dine there, it was inedible. Our plates had remained full .... We had paid almost € 90 and left hungry. I could have put Zero but hey .... It was the evening of August 13th.

Unfortunately, I can only award one star here, I would also not award a star if it were possible. Last Saturday, unfortunately, the situation arose that the waitress received and greeted us in anything but friendly. On the contrary, in an inappropriate tone to us, to cheekily ask to finally go to the table, although it was obvious that some of us had not finished smoking and then said this to the lady for the second time. Note, we were in front of the bar, so there was no concern about the corona regulation. In the end, the lady was also indifferent to literally driving away four numerous guests. This bar is not recommended!

Great cocktails, great atmosphere however it was unclear what some of the dishes were.

There was a little mess around the tables. Better to reserve first. Food was good. Cocktails too.

The bonito is and remains my favorite place. The waitresses are always friendly, ask at regular but appropriate intervals whether you are satisfied with the food and drinks. The outdoor area is definitely an excellent place to enjoy a few tapas in the evening or just a delicious homemade iced tea. The exterior lighting is checked and changed regularly, which creates a very relaxed atmosphere. Homemade ice cream has also recently been added - also a recommendation. Even on New Year's Eve I was there, for all who claim the food is not served well, look at the pictures. Pictures of New Year's Eve, a great menu and pictures of the food (2017 the lighter picture) and this year (2020 the darker picture). The bonito has remained the same quality over the years! My favorite place is the Bonito, Baden-Baden. Until next time at "my" table.

Gladly here to enjoy the delicious cocktails in a nice atmosphere on the terrace. Good food and friendly, quick service make the evening perfect.

Cocktails were good, but service was totally unfriendly. She didn't understand you, and none of the staff - either inside or outside - wore a mask. However, you are required to wear one when entering. The food was more than lovelessly arranged, definitely not cooked by myself and completely overpriced. The last time too much was calculated; this time you didn't even get a receipt.

I'm in Germany for the first time and I like all the dishes especially from this restaurant where everyone is hospitable.

The food is very teasty. Personnel is so kind and nice. And everything is on top and next level.

Rarely have I had such a negative experience at an eatery. 2 hours before a concert at the nearby Festspielhaus, we decided to have dinner there thinking there was plenty of time...The place was packed, the waiter had no clue who ordered what, didn't speak German at all and kept bringing us the wrong drinks over and over again. We waited forever to order our dishes and were told that waiting time would have been approx. 30 min, but 45 min later we still hadn't been served. We just got up, cancelled our order and left without eating. Completely unprofessional. Total chaos at the counter, rude waitress, those people are not serious and definitely don't know how to run a restaurant.

Just before a concert, these guys had a full house, estimated food will come in 30 minutes, we waited for more than 1 hour and nothing. The waiter had no clue about who ordered what. So, just unprofessional

I ordered tapas and I received a cooked sausage link cut up in a bowl. Apparently, five trips to San Miguel Market does not make me a tapa expert, but I know what tapas looks like. That ain’t it. Don’t call restaurant a tapa bar. Because, it’s not...

It's a place with nice customer service and enjoyable food. Despite it wasn't our first option, we really enjoy our meal.

Very nice place at good prices. My only complaint is that nobody speaks Spanish even though it is a spanish bar. But it is really awesome!

Excellent food and very friendly service. We had the paella mixta and a couple of tapas and everything tasted great. The restaurant is nicely decorated. Strongly recommended.

Food was good, but not great. Service really sucked. Failed to even get our drink and dessert orders into the system.
